    Position Summary

    Junior Systems Engineer professionals will be trained on different technologies ranging from various operating systems, virtualization, security, data protection and high availability.

    During training, JSEs will learn how to apply the basic principle, theories and concepts on professional services delivery.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    EDUCATION Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    EXPERIENCE * At 0- 1 year experience in any IT related field * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Basic Windows OS, PC and network troubleshooting. - Knowledge of linux or unix a plus. - good in communication skills & interpersonal relations - fluent in Filipino and English

    Position Summary

    Sales Specialist professionals are responsible for selling ITSME professional services offerings directly to customers requiring software product implementation, software, web, and mobile content development. ITS-ME Solutions Inc. requires a dynamic sales person to lead and win large and/or complex opportunities as well as manage its transactional opportunity requirements.

    The Junior Sales Specialist has in-depth sales, business, and professional skills to work with any level of customer management. With a perspective beyond the assigned territory, this professional provides input to sales objectives and strategies for the business unit.

    He/She works independently or is the leader of a team of sales specialists, providing advice and guidance to other specialists.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    1 Demonstrates required proficiency levels for technical and sales skills, as defined for Junior Sales Specialist. Understands the mission and vision of the sales function within the company.
    2 Develops and maintains comprehensive sales knowledge in the discipline offerings, along with financial and selling skills, that can be applied to opportunities across the business unit.
    3 Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the discipline sales processes, techniques, and tools, and advises others on their use.
    4 Effectively differentiates ITSME offerings from competitive alternatives and creates customer preference for ITSME offerings, based on that differentiation.
    5 Negotiates with team members to define approaches and goals, especially as it relates to designing solutions to meet customer needs or defining sales action plans.
    6 Analyzes situation(s) and implements solutions, or develops new approaches or procedures. Assesses risk in terms of value and exposure to both ITSME and customers.
    7 Conduct phone-based sales and marketing activities to discover and build opportunities and improve customer awareness of ITSME's products and services.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree
    EXPERIENCE Selling experience in IT environment being able to demonstrate: * Accountable for business unit sales results, and specific personal objectives, including revenue and profit, and for activities and project results of cross-functional

    * Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sales.

    * Combines solutions with terms and conditions to create a final client proposal.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Sales Management principles and methods; Knowledge in IT HW, SW & Services, Networking, Web; Sales Management Tools
